The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry calls for a boycott of the permanent representative of the Russian Federation in Vienna Mykhailo Ulyanov. Also asks Austria to recognize him as persona non grata. This was stated by the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Oleg Nikolenko on Twitter.
"Russian Ambassador Mykhailo Ulyanov calls for the destruction of the Ukrainian nation. This genocidal language cannot be tolerated. We call on the entire diplomatic community in Vienna to boycott Ulyanov, and to declare his host country, Austria, persona non grata," wrote Nikolenko.

Earlier, the post-envoy of the Russian Federation to international organizations in Vienna, Mykhailo Ulyanov, called on Twitter "not to spare Ukrainians", commenting on the position of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi, who thanked the USA for a new aid package.
Ulyanov later deleted his tweet, and then tried to justify himself by writing that he was "misunderstood."
"I was, of course, referring to the US with its supply of weapons and the president of Ukraine who just yesterday said that he rejects any peace talks. Really, no mercy on their part for the Ukrainian population. That's what I said." - Ulyanov wrote.
The Office of the President of Ukraine has already reacted to Ulyanov's statement. Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the OP chairman, noted that the Russian diplomat's call for the genocide of Ukrainians should lead Europe to one understanding - Russia is a fascist vertical of millions of people.
