The Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated another 160 Russian occupants in the past 24 hours. In total, Russia has lost 40,230 servicemen since the start of the full-scale invasion.

This is reported by the General Staff of the AFU on Facebook.

The Russian occupiers suffered the greatest losses over the past 24 hours in the Krivoy Rog direction.

Russia's total combat losses as of July 28 tentatively amounted to:

personnel - about 40,230 (+160) eliminated;

tanks - 1,742 (+4);

armored combat vehicles - 3,979 (+8);

artillery systems - 894 (+11);

ARMORED VEHICLES - 258 (+0);

air defense means - 117 (+0);

aircraft - 222 (+0);

helicopters - 190 (+0);

operational-tactical drones - 729 (+3);

cruise missiles - 174 (+0);

ships/boats - 15 (+0);

vehicles and tankers - 2,854 (+7);

special equipment - 75 (+0).

As a reminder, Russian occupation troops once again attempted to enter the administrative border of Luhansk Region. In almost all directions, the enemy had to retreat with losses.
