Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, at a meeting with a U.S. House delegation in Kyiv on Saturday, spoke about the missile strikes on the port of Odesa in less than a day after agreements reached in Istanbul regarding the export of Ukrainian grain.
"This shows only one thing: Whatever Russia says and promises, it will find ways not to fulfill it. Geopolitically, weapons, bloody or not, it has several vectors, as it always acts," the president was quoted by his press service as saying.
The head of state emphasized that this is why Ukraine cannot be a country where there is a "frozen" war. According to him, it is imperative for our state to take appropriate steps to de-occupy the Ukrainian territories.
