The sanctions against Russia should be toughened because Moscow does not want peace talks and openly states its intentions to seize more Ukrainian land. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said this on Twitter.
"The Russian Foreign Minister's (Sergei Lavrov - ed.) admission of intentions to seize more Ukrainian land proves: Russia rejects diplomacy and is focused on war and terror. Russians want blood, not negotiations," Kuleba stressed.
At the same time, he called on all partners of Ukraine to strengthen sanctions against Russia and speed up arms supplies to the Armed Forces.
By confessing dreams to grab more Ukrainian land, Russian Foreign Minister proves that Russia rejects diplomacy and focuses on war and terror. Russians want blood, not talks. I call on all partners to step up sanctions pressure on Russia and speed up arms deliveries to Ukraine.
