The Defence Committee has supported the dismissal of Ivan Bakanov from the post of the head of the Security Service of Ukraine. This was reported in Telegram people's deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko.

"Profile Committee on defense supported the dismissal of I. Bakanov from the post of the head of the Security Service of Ukraine. 8 "for" and 3 abstained," wrote Goncharenko.

We shall remind you that on 17 July, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed Ivan Bakanov from the post of the head of the Security Service of Ukraine.

On 18 July, Zelensky submitted to parliament a resolution on Bakanov's dismissal from the post of the Security Service of Ukraine head.
