Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will speak at the first session of the NATO summit in the online format.
This was announced by the deputy head of the Office of the President Ihor Zhovkva.
"The President of Ukraine ... is invited to participate in the summit in the online format. The President of Ukraine was invited to speak at the first session of this summit, that is, the first constituent session, where all 30 leaders of NATO member states will be present," Zhovkva said.
Zhovkva also said that next week President Zelensky will participate in the summit of the Group of Seven, also remotely.
Recall, the NATO summit will be held June 29-30 in Madrid, where the Alliance must approve a new strategic concept. The leaders also plan to agree on a comprehensive support package for Ukraine.
