"The destruction experienced 21 civilian objects - 12 residential buildings, six of them apartment buildings, a hospital, an administrative building, a communications enterprise, a penal colony, garages," the report said.
The police seized evidence of war crimes rf. Criminal proceedings were opened under Article 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
