President Volodymyr Zelensky responded to a petition to repeal the ban on departure for men of conscription age from Ukraine. This is reported by the official Internet representation of the President.

The head of state instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to consider the issues raised in the petition.

We will remind, that the initiator of the petition proposes to give priority during mobilization to volunteers, and to open the borders to others, so as not to provoke corruption.

The petition gathered a sufficient number of votes at the end of May. But at that time it received an unofficial, emotional negative answer of the President. And now the head of the state gave an official answer

"I have addressed the prime minister with a request to elaborate comprehensively the proposals voiced in the petition, paying special attention to observance of the constitutional rights of citizens, prevention and detection of possible corruption-related offenses, including among employees of border checkpoints and territorial centers of recruitment and social support. The author of the petition will be informed about the results of the consideration of the raised issues," replied the head of state.
