Arestovich: in order not to enter the war, Belarus resumes contacts with the West

The ruling regime of Belarus is trying to resume relations with Western countries in order not to enter the war against Ukraine on the side of Russia.

This was stated by advisor to the head of the Office of the President Oleksiy Arestovich on the YouTube channel FEIGIN LIVE.

Yermak's adviser shared information that the Ukrainian authorities received from European partners. The Belarusian top brass allegedly stepped up contacts in the West.

"The general canvas: 'Maybe you won't let us disappear under Putin's regime,' 'We don't need war,' and the like. And there's the people's militia. In my opinion, this is a good sign, I like it. It means that it "loops," and that's already a very good thing. Because against the background of the threat of Belarus to invade, this looping demonstrates that its probability is very low," said Arestovich.

Meanwhile, the self-proclaimed Belarusian leader Lukashenko instructed the Defense Ministry to create a "people's militia. The defense minister has already promised to arm an auxiliary army of civilians.
