In the Rada it is proposed to of persons liable for military service for leaving Ukraine

Ukrainian men who went abroad during martial law and did not return within 30 days may be stripped of their citizenship. The corresponding bill 7381 is registered in the Verkhovna Rada.

In particular, it is proposed to amend the law on the legal regime of martial law, according to which military conscripts may be deprived of Ukrainian citizenship if they left the country and did not return within 30 days.

We are talking about those who left and did not return without a valid reason - prohibition to leave the country of stay, natural disasters, crashes, accidents, business trips, official work abroad, staying for in-patient treatment or other circumstances that prevent departure from the country of stay. This measure is proposed to be extended to those who left for the Russian Federation.

In addition, it is proposed to deprive of Ukrainian citizenship for written refusal of mobilization.
