Transfer of frozen Russian assets to Ukraine would restore justice - Podolyak

Mykhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Presidential Office, considers the proposal by the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell, to transfer the frozen assets of the Central Bank of Russia to Ukraine's recovery as a way to justice.

"Destroyed infrastructure, destroyed cities - someone has to pay for this. Russia, while selling raw materials to the European Union, has been accumulating reserves for years to finance mass murders. EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrel's proposal to freeze the assets of the Central Bank of Russia for the benefit of Ukraine is the way to restore justice," Podolyak wrote on Twitter.
