During the Russian invasion, sappers deactivated 6,000 explosive objects - that's 70 hectares of Ukrainian land. This was reported from Anton Gerashchenko's Telegram channel.
Sappers are working in the Kyiv, Chernihiv, near Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv and Sumy regions.
They have now found and deactivated 6,000 explosive objects, including mortar, artillery shells and explosives. That's 70 hectares of Ukrainian land.
"Taking another object of death in their hands - the guys send their congratulations, come back and continue to make our cities safe and free from the traces of the occupiers!" - the message reads.
