The Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus have started checking the readiness of a missile division - it is being moved from its permanent deployment point to the area of destination. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus.
"In order to check the readiness to carry out tasks as intended, one missile division from the 465th missile brigade of the armed forces of the Republic of Belarus is being moved from its permanent deployment point to the area of destination," the report says.
"Belta" reports that the purpose of the inspection is to assess the readiness and ability of personnel to promptly respond to possible crisis situations.
"Military units and subunits will operate in unfamiliar terrain in a rapidly changing situation. The composition of forces involved in the test will be increased in stages, which will make it possible to test their ability to counter military threats both on the ground and in the air," reads the report.
They also claim that the measures allegedly pose "no threat to the European community as a whole or to neighboring countries in particular."
Ukrainian intelligence reported that Belarusians were disconnected from the Internet in order to hide information about the movement of Russian occupation troops on the territory of Belarus.
