Russian occupants either steal grain from farmers in Zaporizhzhia region or buy it at half the price, according to a morning update on the situation in the region from the Zaporizhzhia RMA.

"In their telegram channels, the Russians are spreading a fake, allegedly the farmers of Zaporizhzhia region themselves sell grain to the Russian Federation and, in particular, to Crimea. At the same time, the real picture looks completely different: the grain of honest toilers of the region is either stolen by the occupation authorities or bought at twice lower prices, forcing the farmers into such an agreement at gunpoint," reported the RMA.

In Zaporizhzhia RSA emphasize that, in general, Russian propaganda and fakomotanie are created according to the same scheme. "To any official report of the Ukrainian legitimate authorities, the Russians and their henchmen on their resources scream that it is all untrue. When Ukrainian official bodies report on the shelling by Russian troops of peaceful settlements, the Russians respond by lying that such shelling is a provocation by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. So be conscious and responsible," the RSA noted.
