Russia massively used vacuum bombs in the war against Ukraine, and the use of chemical weapons is being verified. President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in an interview with the French TV channel BFM TV.
"Different bombs are used. We are checking the use of chemical weapons by the Russian Federation. We act as fair-minded people and are based on facts. Professionals, specialists have to take samples, and when there is evidence, we will show what kind of chemical weapons and where they used them. But above all, facts," he explained.
Zelensky added that the use of banned vacuum bombs in Ukrainian cities is proven.
"As for the banned vacuum bombs, they used them, starting from Kharkiv, and in other cities - there are already many examples. There is nothing to prove, everything has already been proved there," summarized the Ukrainian president.
