President Volodymyr Zelensky said in an interview with CNN that all countries of the world should be prepared for the possibility that Russian President Vladimir Putin might use tactical nuclear weapons in his war against Ukraine.
Zelensky noted that Putin may resort to nuclear or chemical weapons because he does not value the lives of the people of Ukraine.
