The primary objective of Russia's war against Ukraine is allegedly the destruction of "nationalist battalions. What exactly is meant by this wording, Russian President Vladimir Putin does not specify.

"The main thing is to liberate all the same (Ukraine, - ed.) from these nationalist battalions. The operation continues, and the tasks that stand are well known. They must be fulfilled and will be fulfilled. There should be no doubts," Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
We note that Russian President Vladimir Putin said this week that one of the goals of the war against Ukraine was allegedly "to help the people of Donbas."
