The Russian occupants are planning to hold a parade in Mariupol on May 9 in case of a successful "special operation". This was reported by an advisor to the city mayor Petro Andryushchenko.
"According to our information, Ivashchenko (the self-proclaimed "mayor" of Mariupol) received an order to sweep part of the Central district of the city from rubble and bodies of the dead to ensure the parade on May 9. Judging by the whole array of data, the occupiers are planning to hold a "victory carnival" in Mariupol on May 9 in case the "special operation" is successful," Andryushchenko wrote.
Andryushchenko noted that there is no equipment or people to implement such measures in the city.
"Therefore, the potential disruption of such an order certainly leads to the shortening of Gauleiter Ivashchenko's term of service," Andryushchenko added.
The Russian occupiers appointed a new "mayor" of Mariupol destroyed by the Rashists. He became a state traitor from the banned pro-Russian party "OPFL" Konstantin Ivaschenko.
Already 84 thousand Mariupol residents have lost their homes. According to Vadim Boychenko, the mayor of Mariupol, the occupants destroyed 40% of apartment buildings or about 2 million square meters.
According to preliminary data, between 20 and 22 thousand people were killed in Mariupol.
