Mykhail Podolyak, advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, urged to take responsibility for the future of Europe and to give up Russian oil and gas. He wrote this on Twitter.
"Let's be frank. The world knew that Russia was planning a war and preparing "execution lists" for Ukraine, for many months. When we asked for weapons and sanctions, we were offered evacuation and a government in Zoom. When we asked to sever business ties with Russia, we were told that Kiev had three days left," Podolyak wrote.
According to Podolyak, Putin was partly right in his calculations, because some politicians had already decided for themselves to surrender Ukraine by that time.
Podolyak added that they were ready to express concern, introduce semi-sanctions and prolong life. But someone who was against it was President Zelensky and the people of Ukraine.
"Sometimes one person can change everything just by making the right choice. Not to listen to analysts, but to listen to the heart. It is not too late for politicians in Europe to make this choice. It is time to take responsibility for the future of Europe and give up Russian oil and gas," Podolyak said.
Let’s be honest. The world has known that was planning war and preparing «death lists» for for months. When we asked for weapon and sanctions, they offered evacuation and “Zoom-gov”. When we demanded to stop business with , they told us Kyiv will fall in three days (1/3)
