The General Staff of the AFU told about the operational situation on the fronts at the beginning of the 46th day of the war. The enemy is trying to break the defenses of the AFU units near the town of Izyum and establish full control over the city of Mariupol in the Donetsk Region.

In the Mykolaiv direction, the occupants are also attempting to improve the tactical position of their units.
In the Volyn, Polessk and Seversk directions, no significant changes in the position and activity of the enemy troops were recorded.
In the Slobozhansky direction, the enemy continues a partial blockade of the city of Kharkiv, and carries out shelling of the city using reactive and barrel artillery systems and mortars.
The occupants are moving additional units to the city of Izyum to reinforce the grouping in this direction.
In Donetsk and Tavria operational areas, the enemy carries out artillery and mortar shelling in most directions. It conducts assault actions in the city of Mariupol, air strikes, and attempts to seize the central part of the city.
In the Yuzhno-Bugsk direction, the enemy once again tried to establish control over the village of Aleksandrovka. However, it failed to do so.
The Russian occupants continued to shell Novovorontsovka, Maryanskoye, Novogrigoryevka and Shevchenkovo with artillery.
Due to significant losses of personnel and equipment, the invaders deployed military hospitals and military equipment repair shops in the temporarily occupied territories of Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
At the same time, with the constant inflow of wounded servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the occupiers' hospitals lack qualified medical personnel.
In addition, the enemy has problems with medical supplies, which are almost never replenished. Also, personnel of repair workshops for the enemy's equipment are forced to work around the clock in the absence of a stable supply of spare parts and units.
The arrival of repair and recovery teams from the territory of the Russian Federation (Yaroslavl Oblast) to carry out repair and recovery work on railroad tracks in the temporarily occupied territories of Kharkiv Oblast is noted.
In the settlements of Melitopol district of Zaporizhzhia region, Russian invaders continue to search the homes of civilians.
They check documents, availability of vehicles, and food supplies. They carry out interrogations regarding the places of work of close relatives and demand information about former law enforcement officers, servicemen of the AFU, participants of the ATO/OSS.
In Nova Kakhovka, the occupants use the capacities of local printing houses to prepare propaganda materials (brochures, booklets, posters, forms) for the so-called "referendum on the establishment of the Kherson People's Republic".
In Luhansk region, measures of the Russian occupation administrations for forced mobilization of the population in the temporarily occupied territories are intensified.
On the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions our soldiers in the past 24 hours repelled 8 attacks of the enemy, destroyed 4 tanks, 8 units of armored and 7 units of automotive equipment of the enemy.
A group of Air Forces of the AFU during the previous day hit 13 air targets: 3 aircraft, 1 helicopter, 5 drones and 4 cruise missiles.
