Russia is preparing a large-scale provocation in Mariupol to blame Ukraine - SBU

The Rashist occupants are preparing a large-scale provocation in Mariupol in order to blame it on Ukraine and divert attention from the atrocities committed in the Kyiv region. This is reported by the Security Service of Ukraine.

"The atrocities of the Rashists in Bucha have become a shock to the whole world. The army of "liberators" clearly showed what the "RuZZZ world" really is - murdered children with tied hands, raped women, mutilated bodies of men. Ruthless concentrated evil cynically covers its actions with silly stories about Nazis. Therefore, the main task of Russian propaganda today is to switch the attention of the audience - both international and domestic - as much as possible," the SBU noted.

"To this end, scenarios for new fakes have already been developed, and Russian propagandists are preparing the appropriate ground. In particular, lies about the alleged crimes of the Ukrainian defenders of Mariupol are actively "thrown" into the information field," the special service reported.

Thus, according to the SBU, the occupiers are preparing a large-scale falsification: they plan to collect in one place the bodies of Mariupol residents, killed by the Russians themselves, and present them as mass victims of Ukrainian troops.

"For this purpose, false theses have been spreading lately that allegedly "Ukrainians are using civilians as human shields." Although this is outright nonsense. In fact, it is the Russian troops that destroy Mariupol residents - back in early March, the city was already forced to bury the dead in mass graves," the SBU pointed out.

"So the plans of the occupants to absolve themselves of responsibility for these murders is yet another confirmation that we are fighting a real horde, which has already so tainted itself with crimes that no one will believe its cheap fakes. At the same time, we will do everything to make each occupant answer for the committed atrocities," noted the SBU.

On 2 April, Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, said in his Twitter account that people with their hands tied were shot dead in the streets of Bucha.

Also near the highway 20 km from Kyiv were found the bodies of civilians. Up to five dead naked women were lying under a blanket, which the Russian barbarians tried to burn on the roadside.
