The Russian army is regrouping its forces and concentrating its efforts on preparations for an offensive operation in eastern Ukraine. The goal is to establish full control over the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

The units withdrawn from Polesye and Sivershchina are moving to new operational areas. The redeployment of troops of the Central Military District from the territory of Ukraine has been completed. The designated units will be transferred to the Valuiki settlement area and included in the offensive groupings of troops after their combat readiness has been restored.
The movement of convoys of weapons and military equipment through the territory of the Republic of Belarus in the direction of the Gomel, Yelsk and Mozyr railway stations for loading onto railway trains has been noted. A significant part of aircraft and helicopters of the Russian Air Force has been redeployed from airfields of the Republic of Belarus to the territory of Russia.
The main efforts of the Russian enemy are concentrated on preparations for the resumption of the offensive by certain units of the 6th and 20th Air Forces, the 1st Tank Army, the Baltic and Northern Fleets, as well as attempts to encircle the combined forces. The enemy is resupplying food, fuel, oil and ammunition.
The Russian occupiers continue their blockade of Kharkiv, continuing artillery shelling and destroying residential neighborhoods and infrastructure in the city.
In the direction of Sloviansk, the Russian enemy is trying to resume offensive actions. In the direction of Barvinkove has partial success, advanced 7 km, took control of the village of Brazhkovka. It also attacked a battalion tactical group of the 1st Tank Regiment in the direction of the village of Sulykhovka, but had no success.
The Russian enemy is working to rebuild a bridge in the town of Izyum to improve the movement of Russian troops in that direction and ensure the crossing of the Siversky Donets River.
In Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Russian occupiers focused their efforts on taking control of the districts of Popasna and Rubizhne, establishing full control over Mariupol, and preparing offensives near the settlement of Zolota Niva.
In the areas of Borovskoye, Novolukhanske, Solodka, Marinka, and Zolota Niva, the enemy continued artillery shelling of AFU units' positions and civilian infrastructure.
The Russian enemy conducted assault actions near Novotoshkovskoye, Nizhne, Popasna, Kalynove, Stepne, Rubizhne, Troitsk, Novobakhmutovka, Novoselovka Druha settlements, but to no avail.
The Russian invaders launched massive artillery and air strikes against the city of Mariupol.
In the direction of Pivdennobuzha, the occupation forces carried out assault actions with the support of artillery in order to seize control of the village of Aleksandrovka, with partial success. In the area of Lubyne, Myrne and Kopani settlements, the Russian occupants fired artillery at the AFU positions.
Russian troops struck Nikolaev with cluster munitions banned by the Geneva Convention. Civilian neighborhoods and medical facilities, including a children's hospital, came under enemy fire. There are dead and wounded, including children.
Russian occupying forces continue to suffer casualties. They have big problems with manning combat units and support units. Enemy personnel have been demoralized, leading to an increase in desertions and refusal of Russian Armed Forces personnel to take part in the war in Ukraine.
