The occupiers attract reservists, the AFU repulsed 7 attacks in Donbas - a summary of the General Staff

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that Russia had begun a covert mobilization of reservists. When selecting candidates, preference is given to those who already have combat experience.

This was reported by the General Staff of the AFU on its Facebook page.

Subject to mobilization are privates, non-commissioned officers and officers. Also identified the main regions for mobilization: the Krasnodar Territory, the Perm Territory, the republics of Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kalmykia.

"The main motivating factor for reservists remains material incentives. In addition, an opinion is spreading among the Russian population that participants in the war with Ukraine can improve their financial situation through so-called 'trophies,' that is, looting and looting," the report says.

Thus, the command of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation expects to attract about 60,000 people during the mobilization.

In this case, Russia intends to man its troops using its obsolete equipment. Some types of equipment have been stored at army bases and warehouses for more than 30 years.

The General Staff of the AFU also said that in the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions our defenders repulsed 7 enemy attacks in the past 24 hours. In doing so, they destroyed 2 units of armored vehicles, 43 vehicles and a mortar of the enemy.

Air defense missile troops of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of the AFU hit 6 air targets during the day:

3 aircraft (Su-34, Su-35 and Il-22 repeater aircraft),

1 helicopter,

2 cruise missiles.

As for the IL-22-based air control center, it became known that the plane was damaged, the cabin was depressurized and the pilots made an emergency landing at the Rostov airfield.

In addition, the AFU aviation continued to carry out missile and bombing strikes on places of concentration of enemy troops, columns of military equipment and logistics centers.

We recall that the General Staff of the AFU reported that in the north of Ukraine there are almost no more troops of the occupants, and in Donbass there are battles.

Earlier, the Ukrainian armed forces eliminated Russian Lieutenant Colonel Vitaly Slabtsov, who was deputy commander of the occupation 83rd separate airborne assault brigade.
