Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had a telephone conversation with Latvian President Egils Levits. During the talks, they discussed war crimes committed by Russia in Ukraine. Zelensky announced this on Twitter.
"Held talks with Latvian President Egils Levits. Reported on the progress of countering Russian aggression, its war crimes. I agree: all the perpetrators must be punished! I am grateful for the tremendous support of the Latvian people. We appreciate every reliable friend and ally in the fight against Russian aggression," he wrote.
