The enemy over the past 24 hours in Chernihiv region shelled Nizhyn, Nizhyn and Chernihiv districts, the humanitarian situation in Chernihiv remains extremely difficult, reported the National Police of Ukraine.
"Over the past 24 hours, the enemy shelled the civilian population of Nizhyn and settlements of Nizhyn and Chernihiv districts. Information about the victims is being clarified," the police indicated.

"The humanitarian situation in Chernihiv remains extremely difficult. The townspeople are heroically holding the defense and have been living without water supply, electricity, heat and other critical communications for more than two weeks," the police added.
