"We know that the Black Sea and Ukrainian ports are key elements of grain and food exports for the rest of the world. So the Russian blockade of Ukrainian ports is not only a problem for Ukraine, but it is a big problem for people around the world, leading to shortages and higher food prices around the world," he said Thursday in Brussels at a press conference.
