As a result of enemy shelling in Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, and Rubizhne, 11 residential buildings were damaged and civilians were injured. Also, street battles between AFU fighters and Russian invaders continue in Rubizhne and Popasna.

"Our troops continue to dislodge the Russian army from Rubizhne and Popasna, where the occupants have partially managed to gain a foothold. Street battles continue in some areas of these towns. In Popasna, with the support of artillery, the enemy attempted an assault, but suffered casualties. With mortar fire they shelled their positions," the report said.
In a number of towns in the region, houses were damaged due to shelling. Thus, three high-rise buildings and 8 private houses were hit by the occupants in Severodonetsk, Lysychansk and Rubizhne. A school in a village near Lysychansk, the infrastructure of an ambulance station in Severodonetsk, and two wholesale warehouses in the city also came under fire.
Four residents were rescued from under the rubble, and two people were injured.
In the Luhansk region, 95,312 consumers are currently without power: 32 settlements are without power (12 partially and 20 completely).
About 41,000 subscribers in 27 settlements are without gas supply (23 fully and 5 partially).
There is no water supply in the towns of Rubizhne and Popasna, water supply is partially limited in Zolote, villages of Gorska community, there are also problems with water supply in Severodonetsk and Lysychansk.
