The General Staff of the AFU told about the low morale of the Russian occupants, cases of selling or exchanging fuel for alcohol, as well as about the operational situation at the fronts at the beginning of the 32-day full-scale war.

"During the month of the war, the enemy suffered significant losses. Despite this, the military and political leadership does not refuse to continue committing criminal actions," the message reads.
According to available information, an average of 50 to 100 wounded people arrive in medical institutions in Sevastopol every day in occupied Crimea.
The General Staff noted that the moral and psychological state of the enemy troops remains low.
"On the routes of Russian military columns on the territory of the Republic of Belarus there are frequent facts of sale of fuel and provisions by servicemen, or their exchange for alcoholic beverages," the report reads.
The enemy is trying to replenish its losses of automobiles and organize the logistics of its combat units.
It is also noted that Russian militants continue to terrorize and intimidate the local population in the temporarily occupied territories. There are frequent cases of looting, kidnapping of people and property.
In the Donetsk and Luhansk directions, a group of the OOS forces repelled seven enemy attacks. The Ukrainian armed forces destroyed 8 tanks, 8 armored vehicles and 3 enemy vehicles and 1 mortar. Losses of the invaders in manpower are currently being specified.
