Overnight, the Russian Federation continued to regroup its troops in order to build up strike groups to resume offensive operations, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
In particular, the enemy is taking measures to restore combat readiness, replenish ammunition and fuel and lubricants in order to ensure readiness for offensive actions.
According to operational information as of 18:00 in some directions the enemy is trying to conduct assault actions, does not leave attempts to inflict fire on certain units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Reportedly, the Kyiv defense forces continue to repel the enemy's offensive, inflicting fire on it and holding certain lines.
In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the occupiers continue to terrorize the local population, carrying out the forced removal of people to the territory of the Russian Federation. In order to intimidate the local population, Russian invaders carry out chaotic shelling of settlements, confiscate vehicles and personal belongings.
In temporarily occupied Luhansk, in a local hospital, the occupiers placed a military hospital fully occupied by wounded servicemen of the Russian Federation. A part of the hospital is allocated for storing corpses, due to the fact that local morgues are overloaded.
