In Kherson, temporarily occupied by the Russian aggressor, a new large flag of Ukraine was hung on the city council.
This was reported on Facebook by the mayor of the city, Igor Kolykhayev.
"On the night when the city council was shelled, the cable on which our state flag was held was broken. Yes, and the banner itself is long overdue for replacement - burned out and shaken off. This is not good enough. Today we found an opportunity to hang a new one," he wrote.
