The Parliamentary Committee on law enforcement has finally decided on a number of urgent legislative changes. This was announced by MP Andriy Osadchuk on Facebook.

Members of the committee agreed to introduce criminal liability for the unauthorized dissemination of information about the direction, movement of international military aid and on Ukraine. The same applies to the movement, movement or deployment of the AFU or other military formations, committed in conditions of martial law or state of emergency.

"In wartime for ticktockers for the dissemination of such information - from five to eight years in prison. For an organized group, for selfish motives - from eight to twelve years in prison," - wrote Osadchuk.

The deputy also advised not to photograph anything related to military equipment. The bill now still needs to be agreed upon by the leaders of factions and groups, and then it will be put to a vote of the Rada.
