Pavel Kirilenko, chairman of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, reported that Russian fascists killed 5 Avdeevka residents and wounded 20 on March 21.
On March 21, it became known that a 9-year-old girl was killed by Russian weapons in Mariupol and three others were wounded.
