About their next use in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region reported the deputy chairman of the Patrol Police of Ukraine Oleksiy Beloshitsky:
"Another use of phosphorus ammunition in Kramatorsk. Prohibitions and conventions are for the civilized world. And the orcs have come to liberate. And this is the only way they know how to liberate."
And the Russian occupants struck Avdeevka with new rocket launchers from the Tornado-S MLRS. They are designed to hit armored and unarmored vehicles, as well as manpower.
