In the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk Region, despite heavy losses in manpower, the enemy continues to mobilize citizens of the LNV. A large part of the population does not support the occupier's policy, has no desire to take up arms, and hides from the representatives of the occupation authorities.

It is indicative that mobilization is carried out chaotically, people who are mobilized are not distributed according to their specialty, most of them do not have any military specialty because they have never done military service.
