Western countries on Monday signed a joint statement "On the urgent need to modernize Ukraine's air defense system," Verkhovna Rada Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk said.
"Today the Czech Republic, Estonia, Poland, France, Georgia, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States signed a joint statement "On the urgent need to modernize Ukraine's air defense system. Sincerely grateful for Ukraine's support in this difficult time," Stefanchuk tweeted Monday.
