A candidate for the position of ombudsman instead of Denisova was introduced to the Rada

The candidate for the position of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights was submitted to the Parliament. It turned out to be MP Dmytro Lubinets.

 

This was reported on Facebook by the head of the VRU Ruslan Stefanchuk.

 

"In accordance with the requirements of the legislation, made a proposal concerning the Candidacy of people's deputy of Ukraine Lubinets Dmitry Valeryevich for the position of the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on human rights", - wrote Stefanchuk.

 

In 2019, Dmitry Lubinets was elected to the Verkhovna Rada of the 9th convocation as a non-partisan self-nominated candidate in the 60th constituency (Donetsk region). He is a member of the deputy group "For Maybutne".

 

Head of the Committee on Human Rights, Deoccupation and Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories in Donetsk, Luhansk regions and Crimea, Sevastopol, national minorities and interethnic relations.

 

We shall remind you that on May 31, the Verkhovna Rada dismissed Lyudmila Denysova from the post of the VR Commissioner for Human Rights.
