It is reported that the evening shelling is qualified as a violation of the laws and customs of war, coupled with intentional homicide.

"It is established that in the evening of March 20, 2022, the armed forces of the Russian Federation, using means of warfare prohibited by international law, fired rockets at the Podolsk district of the capital. As a result of the shelling and the resulting fire, the shopping center was destroyed. Windows in nearby residential buildings and cars parked nearby were damaged. According to preliminary reports, eight people were killed," the statement reads.

Recall that the night before, several explosions occurred in the Podolsk district, resulting in a large-scale fire.
