The Armed Forces of Ukraine and other units of the Defense Forces continue strikes against groups of enemy troops trying to hold captured lines. At the same time, there has been a decrease in the use of manned aircraft by the enemy. To assess the effectiveness of the missile and bombing strikes, the enemy has used operational and tactical unmanned aerial vehicles, the General Staff reported.
The situation and the nature of the defense forces' operations have not changed significantly in the last 24 hours.
Units of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the previous day hit 7 enemy air targets (1 aircraft, 4 UAVs and 2 cruise missiles). In addition, bomber and attack aviation delivered devastating strikes on concentrations of enemy equipment and manpower.
The occupiers continue to terrorize the local population and loot the temporarily occupied territories. The enemy exports to the Russian Federation household and automobile equipment, food and other materiel.
There have been frequent cases of Russian occupants placing personnel, weapons and equipment on civilian infrastructure.
The occupants continue to carry out forced mobilization measures in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Thus, according to available information, the budgetary organizations of the Stanichno-Lugansk settlement community were notified of the need for male employees between the ages of 18 and 60 to come to the local police department for registration on April 1, 2022. The reasons for such "registration" are not explained, although it is related to the next wave of mobilization to the 2nd Army Corps to be sent to the areas of combat operations.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine in cooperation with other components of the defense forces and give a decent repulse to the invader in all directions. The destruction of the enemy's support columns also continues.
We would like to point out that since the beginning of the Russian invasion, the Ukrainian Air Force has shot down over 200 invader planes and helicopters.
