Operational information as of 18.00 20.03.2022 on the Russian invasion.

It is the twenty-fifth day of the heroic resistance of the Ukrainian people to the Russian military invasion. The occupation troops have lost their offensive potential, their advance has been halted in almost all directions. The enemy continues to suffer losses, experiencing significant problems with staffing and logistics.

To make up for losses of personnel of the Russian occupation army units, military commissariats in Kuban, Primorsky Krai, Yaroslavl region and regions of the Ural Federal District are conducting covert mobilization activities. However, the population of these regions is not willing to participate in the war. There are mass cases of evasion from service.

Russian propagandists have begun to prepare the population of the Russian federation for an extended war. Official communication channels are spreading propaganda about the alleged success of the so-called "special military operation," and there are public events to support the war in Ukraine.

According to available information, during the visit of the head of the Libyan national army, Khalif Haftar, to Moscow, agreements were reached to send Libyan "volunteers" to Ukraine in order to participate in combat operations on the side of the Russian federation. The transfer of military mercenaries will probably be carried out at the expense of the private military company Liga (formerly Wagner), by aircraft of the air and space forces of the Russian Federation.

In the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, mobilization activities continue. The management of educational institutions (technical schools, institutes) summoned students aged 18 years or older for so-called registration. To date, the vast majority of the personnel of the 1st AC are mobilized population of the temporarily occupied territories. The moral and psychological state of the personnel is very low, most of the mobilized have no experience and desire to participate in combat operations. The equipment of the conscripts drafted by the occupiers is obsolete. Panicked sentiments are spreading in the units, the core of which is composed of those called up for mobilization, due to a large shortage of manpower, weapons and equipment.

The occupiers have begun replacing military units with Rosgvardia and police units in the city of Kherson.

During another attempted attack on Kiev, the occupiers lost a combined detachment of the 6th Tank Regiment. Due to active actions of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in certain directions in the Brovary district, the enemy units remain cut off from fuel and food supplies.

Ukrainian defenders and defenders continue to hold back the enemy, demonstrating examples of courage and heroism, and trophy equipment is becoming part of the Ukrainian defense forces.
