This morning, March 20, the sounds of gunfire and explosions can be heard in Odesa. As it became known, the cause was the work of the Ukrainian means of air defense (air defense).
According to the speaker of the Odesa military administration Sergey Bratchuk, the cause of the shooting was the work of the air defense facilities in Odesa. He promised to provide details later.
According to the newspaper, the air defense could have been working on a Russian unmanned reconnaissance drone.
On the eve of the chairman of the Odesa civil-military administration Maxim Marchenko appealed to the residents of the region not to shoot on phones or video cameras the work of air defense forces.
"Effective air defense is when the enemy does not know about it and does not have the slightest idea where it "will come from."
So don't publish, don't comment on, don't distribute videos of such "salutes." All video fireworks and missile hits de-mask the air defense systems. And this reduces the protection of our city and region, and therefore leads to your death and the death of your loved ones and friends.", - said Maxim Marchenko.
We recall that earlier the Russian military mined sea routes from the Bosphorus to Odessa and claimed that they were allegedly Ukrainian mines.
