In the opinion of Ukrainians, the signing of a temporary ceasefire with Russia without the withdrawal of its troops from the territory of Ukraine is unacceptable. This is the opinion of 89% of respondents.
This is evidenced by the survey of the Sociological group "Rating".
Direct negotiations of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky with Vladimir Putin about the termination of the war are supported by 74%, a quarter - do not support it. There are slightly more supporters of direct negotiations in the South and in the East, but in other regions there are also such a majority.
The survey was conducted on March 18, 2022 throughout Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories of Crimea and Donbas. Sample population: 1,000 respondents. Survey method: CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews). Research representativeness error with 0.95 confidence probability: not more than 3.1%.
