Ukraine's ambassador to the U.S., Oksana Markarova, spoke about the minimum interval between the decision to supply weapons by the U.S. side and the supplies themselves. According to her, at the moment when the decision becomes public, some of the weapons are already crossing the border.
The Ukrainian ambassador to the U.S. told this in an interview for the Voice of America.
"I will not disclose those things that our enemy does not need to know. But when certain decisions are made and they become public, at that point some things are already crossing the border. So it's actually a parallel process," she noted.
