Ukraine has launched the National Population Assistance Portal (NPAP), which makes it possible to find all necessary contacts and important information for civilians in need of assistance. According to the portal's website, the site provides information on who to contact and how to act in specific circumstances during war.
Information is available on the site for both those currently in the resistance zone and the displaced: safety issues; food; evacuation; volunteering; assistance from abroad; transportation; housing; mobilization, etc.
The portal was created in partnership with the Come Back Alive Foundation. All links on the portal are checked, the information is constantly updated.
