Russian servicemen refuse in masses to be "sent to Ukraine" to participate in the war - AFU General Staff

Russian servicemen are refusing en masse to be "sent to Ukraine" to participate in combat operations, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"Cases of mass refusal of Russian servicemen from 'business trips to Ukraine' to participate in combat operations have been recorded, despite promises of war veteran status, additional per diem payments and increased official salary," the report reads.

Anton Gerashchenko also confirms this information, posting numerous photos on his Telegram channel of reports from the Russian military about their refusal to return to fight with Ukraine.

We are talking about the occupants who have already taken part in hostilities and returned to their places of deployment.

Photos of reports of servicemen of the 41 A of the Central Military District of the Russian Armed Forces, who arrived in full force in Ukraine, came into the possession of the Guildhall news publication. Among the main reasons for the refusal:

- unwillingness to be used as "cannon fodder",

- failure to explain the reasons for the military operation in Ukraine,

- lack of technical support and communication with the command.
