One of the pregnant women who suffered from an air strike on a maternity hospital in Mariupol died along with her unborn child. This was reported by Voice of America journalist Asya Dolina on Facebook.
"The first pregnant girl from the video/photo-reports from the bombing of Children's Hospital number three in Mariupol (maternity hospital), and who was carried out on a stretcher, did not survive. And her unborn child did not survive," Dolina said.
She also notes that this was confirmed by photographer Eugene Maloletka, who took photos of the women for the AR publication.
As a reminder, Russian occupants purposefully bombed a children's hospital and a maternity hospital in Mariupol from airplanes.
Another woman, Marianna Podgurska, who was also photographed during the shelling of the maternity hospital, gave birth to a baby girl on the evening of March 10.
