The enemy continues to use civilian infrastructure for military needs. In violation of the requirements of International Humanitarian Law, continues to deploy units and equipment at high-risk facilities, shells civilians, conducts illegal checks of personal belongings and searches among local residents, and disguises itself in civilian clothes and uniforms of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The moral and psychological state of the enemy troops engaged in combat with the Ukrainian Armed Forces continues to deteriorate, with an increasing number of desertions and refusals to follow orders.
According to available information, a large number of Russian servicemen wounded during the hostilities in Ukraine are being treated in medical institutions in the southeastern region of the Republic of Belarus. There are not enough blood reserves to perform surgical operations. Reserves accumulated for citizens of the Republic of Belarus are being used - about 2/3 of the reserves have been redirected to the needs of Russian Federation servicemen. The campaign for blood collection among public sector employees and civilians has been intensified.
Due to losses, the armed forces of the Russian Federation form new units. In particular, the enemy command plans to recruit about 1,500 men from the 40th Independent Marines Brigade (Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Pacific Fleet).
The Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with other components of the defense forces, are giving a decent response to enemy troops, in particular, during the previous day two helicopters, two fighters (one of them Su-34s) and two UAVs were destroyed.
