Reznikov: Another couple of days and Russian losses will exceed the losses of the 10-year war in Afghanistan

Defense Minister Aleksey Reznikov said that Russia is suffering enormous losses in Ukraine. In a few days, Russian personnel losses will exceed those of the 10-year war in Afghanistan.

This is stated in the address of the head of the Defense Ministry.

"In a few more days, Russia's losses in killed and wounded will surpass those of the 10-year war in Afghanistan... Russia has lost hundreds of elite paratroopers and special forces fighters," Reznikov said.

In addition, he added that in 12 days the Ukrainian military and territorial defense forces destroyed more than 300 Russian tanks, thousands of armored vehicles, 40 aircraft and almost 70 helicopters.
