There have been changes in the tactics of the Russian occupiers in Ukraine. In particular, they are switching to blatantly terrorist methods of warfare. This is reported by the General Staff of the AFU.
Yes, there have been changes in the tactics of Russian criminals:
- having failed to fulfill the tasks of military blitzkrieg, the Russian Federation is moving to blatantly terrorist ways of fighting on the territory of Ukraine;
- the share of tasks involving the use of special-purpose units in the suburbs of populated areas as assault units has increased;
- the use of airborne troops to secure bridge crossings over water obstacles has become more frequent;
- Russian occupants pay considerable attention to intensifying measures of psychological impact on the population and troops;
- in the near future we should expect a complex and large-scale distribution of fake news by the enemy, which will be carried out with the use of the entire spectrum of modern information means.
"We urge Ukrainians to be vigilant, believe in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and use information from official and verified sources," the message reads.
Earlier it was reported that the occupation forces began to prepare for the redeployment of additional forces and means from the Southern and Eastern Military Districts. The second echelons and most of the operational reserves of the Russian groups have been brought into the operation.
