Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called on foreign partners to make a decision to provide Ukraine with combat aircraft.
"Our aces defend the skies heroically. But Russia has the advantage. How can partners who still have not provided Ukraine with combat aircraft sleep now? While children in Mariupol, Kherson, Kharkov and other cities sit in basements under bombs? You can make that decision right now. Do it!", Kuleba wrote on his Twitter.
