At 10 o'clock the residents of Energodar met a Russian convoy at the entrance to the city and persuaded the Russian military not to enter the city.
"Attention. The meeting took place. We proved that the ZNPP and the city are reliably guarded. The residents would not let them into the city even one step. They heard and went to prove to their leadership. The next meeting is at 3 p.m. at the same place. But things can change at any moment! Be ready! Now we're going home," reports the Mayor of Energodar Dmitry Orlov.
